Knoxville, Tenn. — Peak Campus has been selected to manage Gateway at Knoxville, a 720-bed student housing community that serves both the University of Tennessee and Pellissippi State Community College in Knoxville.
The property offers two- and four-bedroom, garden-style apartment homes that are fully furnished with patios and balconies. Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center; a 24-hour clubhouse with a computer lab and vending machines; a basketball court; a game room; picnic areas with barbecue grills; a hot tub; a sand volleyball court; and university shuttle service.
The property is set to undergo a $4.7 million renovation, which will include significant improvements to both the interior and exterior of the community.
