Peak Campus to Manage South L.A. Mixed-Use Project

The Lorenzo will have more than 3,000 beds when it is complete in 2014.Los Angeles —  Peak Campus Management has been retained as the property manager for the Lorenzo apartments serving the student of University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. This project is currently under construction for a two-phase delivery of almost 2,000 beds for summer 2013, and another 1,658 beds for summer 2014.

The developer of the $250 million project is G.H. Palmer Associates. The Lorenzo will have a total of 913 units and 3,648 beds and is less than one mile away from the USC campus and adjacent to the Expo Line transit system. Retailers will occupy the ground level.

Community amenities include four resort pools with cabanas, three heated Jacuzzis, a three-story fitness center with a climbing wall, running track, and cardio room featuring instructor led classes, five roof-top sun decks with views of downtown, two indoor basketball courts topped by an elevated jogging track, a pro-style sand volleyball court, a virtual gaming and arcade room and more.
