University Edge will offer high-end amenities close to the LSU campus.Baton Rouge, La. — Peak Campus Management has been retained as the property manager for University Edge apartments serving the students of Louisiana State University. This project is currently under construction for a delivery in the summer of 2013.
University Edge will offer 472 beds and 147 units of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom unit mixes, all with private bathrooms. Amenities at the property will include a clubhouse with a game room, fitness center and computer lab, large pool and oversized sundeck.
