South Bend Ind. — Phase I at University Edge opens summer 2013.
South Bend, Ind. — Peak Campus Management has been retained as the property manager for University Edge apartments serving students of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind. This two-phase project is currently under construction with the first phase delivering in summer 2013. The University Edge will offer 420 beds and 144 units.
Amenities at the property will include clubhouse with a game room, fitness center and computer lab, large pool and oversized sundeck.
Peak Campus Management currently oversees 26,000 beds valued at approximately $1.6 billion for owners and investors nationwide.
