PeakMade Promotes Mike Costello to Vice President of People Operations

Atlanta — PeakMade Real Estate has promoted Mike Costello to vice president of people operations. In his new role, Costello will oversee the Atlanta-based company’s day-to-day processes with relation to people operations, and will also play a key role in evolving associate engagement and experience. He joined PeakMade in 2013 as an employee relations and compliance specialist, and has held titles including director and senior director of people operations. Costello will continue to report to CPO and General Counsel Jennifer Hill in his new role. “Mike is knowledgeable in so many areas, but one of the things we love most about Mike is his passion for coaching and for personal and professional development,” says Hill. “When I think about our ‘Evolve’ mindset, there is no one better to help guide us with the soft skills necessary to grow and adapt to change.”
