PLC Partners Buys Land, Plans Project in Tallahassee

Tallahassee, Fla.— PLC Partners buys FSU land and has planned an 11-unit student housing community.

Tallahassee, Fla. — Patrick Chisholm, president of Orlando, Fla.-based PLC Partners, LLC, has closed on a 1-acre property just west of Doak Campbell Stadium at Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee. Chisholm took title to the property under the name of The 1864 at Bellevue, LLC and plans to build an 11-unit, 44-bed student housing development. The townhome-style project, called 1864 West, is within four blocks of the FSU campus. Construction will begin in December and be open to students for the fall 2012 school year.
