The Preiss Company’s Joseph Woo will manage University Suites.Raleigh, N.C. — The Preiss Company has announced it will provide third-party management services for University Suites, a 518-bed, 136-unit complex that is 1.5 miles from North Carolina State University.
The property owner, Oculus Capital Group (OCG), closed on the acquisition in late August and is planning approximately $1 million in upgrades, including a new shuttle bus and landscaping, clubhouse and pool-area improvements.
Last year, the Preiss Company was hired to manage University Village at Slippery Rock, also owned by OCG.
