Progress910 will consist of 168 apartment units in three four-story buildings on a 16-acre site. Students will begin living there in fall 2014. The project is the third to be built by the partners of Progress Student Living, a real estate development company founded by the principals of HighBridge Properties, a real estate investment, brokerage and advisory firm in San Francisco; and Progress Builders, a general contractor and developer based in Myrtle Beach, S.C., that specializes in multifamily residential properties. The property will be managed by Asset Campus Housing.

The two firms and their principals previously collaborated on the development of two other off-campus student housing communities: Monarch544, a 128-unit community that was completed in 2012 near Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C.; and the 180-unit Monarch301 at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Ga., which was completed in 2013.
