QR Capital Acquires 140-Unit Student Housing Community Near the University of Georgia

Athens, Ga. — QR Capital has acquired Archer on North, a 140-unit student housing community located near the University of Georgia.

Community amenities at the property include a new clubhouse, outdoor pool and high-quality fitness center. Brad Simmel of CBRE represented the seller, Archer On North LLC, in the transaction.
