Redstone Breaks Ground on Independent On-Campus Apartment Project at UVM

Redstone Lofts will contain 143 units and house upperclassmen.

 

Burlington, Vt. — Redstone has broken ground on Redstone Lofts, an independent on-campus student housing apartment project at the University of Vermont (UVM) in Burlington. The project will house UVM juniors, seniors and graduate students. It will consist of one building with two connected four- to five-story wings that will house approximately 143 studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Amenities will include study rooms, a media center, fitness facilities, a game room and outdoor gathering space. Construction is scheduled to be completed in summer 2012 with Redstone Lofts ready for occupancy for the 2012-2013 academic year. The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
