Rittenhouse Realty Arranges $20 Million Sale of Five Student Housing Properties in Philadelphia

Philadelphia — Rittenhouse Realty Advisors has arranged the sale of five student housing properties located in the University City District of Philadelphia for a combined total of $20 million. Dispositions include 516-26 South 42nd St., 433-39 Lancaster Ave., 40 Baring,  4100-02 Ludlow St. and 4224-26 Chester Ave., which offer a total of 199 beds. The properties serve students attending the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University and University of the Sciences. The buyers and sellers in the transactions were undisclosed.
