Hot Springs, Ark. — A public-private partnership between Servitas and National Park College is set to break ground on a 180-bed residential community on the university’s campus in Hot Springs.

The 48,500-square-foot community will include a bridge to the university’s new Student Commons building, which is currently under construction. The property will offer single- and double-occupancy units. Shared amenities will include group study and collaboration spaces. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2020.
