Spalding Suites will contain 244 beds and will cost $5 million to build.
Louisville, Ky. — Local reports indicate that Spalding University has broken ground for a new on-campus residence hall. Spalding Suites will be developed by Marian Development Group near the intersection of Second and Breckenridge streets. The $5 million project will contain 144 besd and will be ready by the fall. Currently, the school only has one residence hall, which opened in 1962.
