Lake Wales, Fla. — Spectra Student Living and Warner University have announced plans to renovate and develop housing on the university’s campus in Lake Wales.
Phase one will include the renovation of Spencer Hall, an 86-bed on-campus residence hall. The redevelopment will include interior and exterior paint; the replacement of all windows; installation of new electrical and plumbing; new bathrooms in all units; and landscaping upgrades, including a patio for residents. Renovations are scheduled for completion in August.
Phase two of the plan will include the development of a new residence hall, which will be built on land Spectra Student Living recently acquired from the university. Construction is set to begin in November, with completion scheduled for August 2019.
