Philadelphia — St. Joseph’s University and Campus Apartments fare developing a new dorm devoted to first-year students.
Philadelphia — St. Joseph’s University is partnering with local student housing developer and operator Campus Apartments for the development of a new on-campus residence hall devoted to first-year students. The 413-bed, mid-rise structure will be located at the southern entrance to St. Joseph’s 65-acre Philadelphia campus. It will feature ample study and social spaces as well as a tower element that will make the building visible from City and Cardinal avenues. Campus Apartments will serve as the project’s developer and construction manager, and plans to break ground in 2011. The project architect is PZS Architects. Completion is expected in time for the fall 2012 semester.
