Sterling and Specialized Real Estate Group Partner to Build Two Student Housing Apartments

Sterling University Housing will manage Sterling Razorback near the University of Arkansas.Fayetteville, Ark. —  Sterling University Housing, a subsidiary of the Dinerstein Companies, has partnered with Specialized Real Estate Group to build two student housing developments near the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Construction will begin this spring on phase one of the development. The first property will open for the 2013-14 academic year. Phase two will open in time for the 2014-15 academic year. Both communities will offer one, two, and four-bedroom plans. Sterling University Housing will manage the property.

The complex will seek LEED Silver building certification and will feature amenities such as flat-screen televisions in each bedroom, a resort-style pool, fully furnished units, a sky bridge with study lounges and a multifunctional social lounge that will include a game room, cafe and 24-hour fitness center.
