Strahan takes on senior financial analyst and asset manager role at Asset Campus Housing.

Houston — After 7 years with Asset Campus Housing, Kenneth Strahan has recently been promoted to senior financial analyst and asset manager. Strahan began his career as a resident assistant with Allen & O’Hara in a private dormitory servicing students at the University of Texas. He was promoted to resident director and then offered his first property manger’s position with GMH Communities in 1999. He moved to Asset Campus Housing 5 years later and has been a leader amongst supervisors, challenging his team to achieve the highest occupancy and resident retention rates at each of their properties. Strahan’s ability to successfully maintain financial control over expenses, while maximizing occupancy at each of his properties led him to his new role as senior financial analyst and asset manager.
