Atlanta — A private, Atlanta-based developer has sold 200 Edgewood, a 254-bed student housing community located near Georgia State University.
An undisclosed private sponsor deploying capital on behalf of an overseas investment fund acquired the community. The property offers fully furnished, two-bedroom units. Shared amenities include on-site retail, a modern clubhouse and state-of-the-art fitness center. Chris Epp, Chris Bancroft and Meredith Wolff of FourPoint Student Housing Investments arranged the sale.
