Student Quarters, GFH Financial Acquire Two Student Housing Communities in Arkansas, Florida

Fayetteville, Ark. and Tallahassee, Fla. — A joint venture between Student Quarters and GFH Financial Group has acquired two student housing communities in Arkansas and Florida. Acquisitions include The Avenue Fayetteville, a 652-bed property serving students attending the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville; and VOX Tallahassee, a 602-bed community located near the Florida State University campus in Tallahassee. Built in 2019, The Avenue Fayetteville offers a mix of two- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. VOX Tallahassee offers units in one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations alongside shared amenities including a two-story fitness center, dog park, study rooms, a private screening lounge and resort-style swimming pool.
