Subtext Completes 751-Bed Student Housing Development Near Purdue University 

West Lafayette, Ind. — Subtext has completed VERVE West Lafayette, a 751-bed student housing development located two blocks from the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette. Located at 150 S. Chauncey Ave., the seven-story community offers fully furnished studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. The 400,310-square-foot building also includes retail space leased to two restaurants and a high-end bodega. Shared amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse, open and private study spaces, Zen courtyards, a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, multi-purpose lawn, grilling stations, fire pits, hammocks and a dog park. The development team for the project included WDG Architecture, Ankrom Moisan, Brinkmann Constructors, TBIRD Design Services and PNC. The community is fully pre-leased for the 2024-2025 academic year.
