St. Louis — Subtext has launched a public-private partnership (P3) vertical and appointed Patrick Parsons to the role of senior vice president of P3s.
In his new position, Parsons will spearhead the St. Louis-based firm’s P3 initiatives, collaborating with municipalities, universities, healthcare systems and other public and private organizations to create housing solutions in markets with unmet demand. The initiative will target households earning 80 percent to 120 percent of the area median income.
