Jonathan Hawks, Adam Klenk, Austin Heithcock and Bryse Toothaker of Capstone represented the seller, Stonemont Financial Group, in the transaction and procured the buyer, Up Campus Properties. The property offers two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Community amenities include a heated swimming pool, fitness center, grilling area, tanning room and bike storage.

Capstone represented Charlotte-based developer and seller, Gateway Communities NC, and procured the buyer, Salt Lake City-based real estate investment firm Millburn & Co.
