Dalton, Ga. — Winter Construction has topped out Mashburn Hall of Roadrunner Place, a four-story, 92,000-square-foot residence hall set to open in 2016 at Dalton State College in Dalton.
Columbus, Ga. — Columbus State University, Corvias Campus Living and Winter Construction have celebrated a topping off ceremony for a new $25 million, 540-bed residence hall, Clearview Hall, in Columbus.
