New York City — Peak Campus has been awarded management of The Alabama, a 175-bed student housing community located near Cardozo Law School, The New School and New York University in lower Manhattan.
New York City — A joint venture between Pebb Capital subsidiary Collegium Capital, Rockwood Capital and TriArch Real Estate Group has acquired a student housing property located at 13-19 E. 11th St. in New York City from Yeshiva University for $58 million.
New York City — A partnership between Magnum Real Estate Group and Winter Properties has completed the development of 24th Street Residence, a 505-bed residence hall located at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
The school is partnering with SL Green, Jeff Sutton and Harel Insurance for the mixed-use project.
