Washington, D.C. — Howard University and Corvias have announced the completion of renovations at Howard Plaza Towers East, a 1,163-bed residence hall located on the university’s campus in Washington, D.C.
Costa Mesa, Calif. — Servitas and Orange Coast College have announced plans for an 811-bed student housing community on the college’s campus in Costa Mesa.
Denton, Texas — Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions and Texas Woman’s University have broken ground on a $75.5 million, mixed-use development on the university’s campus in Denton.
Starkville, Miss. — EdR and Mississippi State University have broken ground on College View, an on-campus, mixed-use development that will offer 656 beds of student housing upon completion.
Orange, Calif. — Chapman University has received approval for the adaptive reuse of a historic packing house and the development of a new 402-bed student housing community adjacent to the university’s campus in Orange.
Detroit, Mich. — Wayne State University and Corvias have received $307.5 million in private financing for the development of new and renovation of existing housing at the University’s campus in Detroit.
Davis, Calif. — The University of California, Davis has opened Tercero 4, an on-campus development consisting of three residence halls and a community building.
Washington, D.C. — A public-private partnership between Corvias, Howard University and Howard Dormitory Holdings 1 LLC has completed the $35.5 million renovation of Howard Plaza Towers, a 327-unit residence hall.
