Tucson, Ariz. — Pierce Educations Properties has been awarded management of The Junction at Iron Horse, a 232-bed student housing community located near the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Tampa, Fla. — A joint venture between Pierce Education Properties (PEP) and TH Real Estate has acquired 42North, a 420-bed community located near the University of South Florida in Tampa.
Athens, Ga. and Tallahassee, Fla. — Pierce Education Properties L.P. has acquired two student housing communities located in Florida and Georgia.
Gainesville, Fla. — Pierce Education Properties L.P. has acquired The Pavilion on 62nd, a 990-bed student housing community located just west of the University of Florida campus in Gainesville.
Greenville, N.C. — Pierce Education Properties L.P. has acquired The Landing, an 888-bed student housing property located near the East Carolina University campus in Greenville, for $42 million.
Bowling Green, Ky. — Pierce Education Properties (PEP) has purchased a 756-bed, off-campus student housing community near the campus of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green called College Suites.
Ames, Iowa — Pierce Education Properties (PEP) LP has purchased South Duff Community Park, an off-campus student housing community serving Iowa State University students in Ames, for $21.35 million.
West Lafayette, Ind. — A joint venture of Pierce Education Properties (PEP) and an affiliate of TIAA-CREF has purchased The Lodge, an off-campus student housing community serving Purdue University students, for $16.3 million.
Morgantown, W.Va. — Pierce Education Properties LP (PEP) has purchased The Lofts Morgantown, an off-campus student housing community serving West Virginia University students, for $28.75 million.
