Davie, Fla. — A public-private partnership between RISE: A Real Estate Company and Nova Southeastern University has completed Mako Hall, a 310,000-square-foot mixed-use community located on the university’s campus in Davie. The 608-bed community offers one-, two- and four-bedroom, apartment-style units with kitchens and in-unit laundry facilities.
