The property, now rebranded as Block 43 East, serves students at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Kevin Larimer and Greg Gonzalez of Berkadia arranged the disposition on behalf of the seller, Waypoint Residential, for an undisclosed price.
