Cleveland — Asset Campus Housing has purchased the 140-dorm facility and YMCA in Cleveland’s downtown campus district for $4.5 million.
A citizens group has reached an agreement with Valeo Cos. for a new dorm in the West University neighborhood.
Phoenix Property Co. will develop a 720-bed residence hall on property formerly owned by the YMCA.
