Austin, Texas — Tarleton State University has awarded Innovative Student Housing (ISH) the management contract for the 344-bed Bosque Crossing Apartments at Tarleton in Austin. The university is an affiliate of Texas A&M, and the agreement was structured as a master lease with the Texas A&M University System. ISH will bring a higher level of value to the property through expense optimization and closer attention to day-to-day operations. In the first 30 days, the company lead the property to a 5 percent reduction of operating expenses.
