The Annex Group Announces Promotion, Hire to P3 Group

Indianapolis — The Annex Group has hired Matt Keane to the role of vice president of public-private partnerships (P3s) and promoted Matt Zetzl to the role of P3 manager. In his new position, Keane will provide business development and partnership solutions while leading the Indianapolis-based firm’s growing P3 team. Zetzl will be responsible for P3 procurement and advancing Annex’s P3 community impact plans. “As we continue to secure more P3 housing opportunities, The Annex Group is expanding to serve our partners with more residential asset classes and innovative financing solutions,” says Jason Taylor, managing partner for P3s. “Keane is an industry powerhouse who brings extensive experience and essential expertise to advance our goal of creating more community impact for our institutional partners.”
