The Dot Group Secures Long-Term Financing Relationship with Blue Owl

London — The Dot Group has secured a long-term strategic financing relationship with Blue Owl through its GP Strategic Capital platform, which provides minority equity and financing solutions to private capital managers. The London-based firm is looking to grow its Global Student Accommodation (GSA) and Yugo arms through the relationship with Blue Owl, which both focus on student housing. Berkshire Global Advisors served as financial advisor and Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal advisor to The Dot Group in the partnership.
