College Station, Texas — The Preiss Co. (TPCO) has acquired University Trails College Station, an 828-bed student housing property located within walking distance of the Texas A&M University campus.
The community is located at 1101 Luther St. West in College Station and offers a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with private balconies. Shared amenities include a sand volleyball court, resort-style swimming pool and hot tub, basketball court, two fitness centers, a business center and multiple study rooms. TPCO plans to invest significant capital to renovate units, make upgrades to the property and fully renovate the clubhouse.
