Raleigh, N.C. — The Preiss Co. (TPCO) has promoted John Preiss to president. In his new role, Preiss will oversee executive leadership and foster the company’s growth in both the student and conventional multifamily sectors.
Since joining the company in 1998, Preiss has held roles including broker, vice president, executive vice president of new business development and chief investment officer. Founder Donna Preiss will continue in her role as CEO of TPCO.
“Having played an integral role in making our company what it is today, John has demonstrated time and again excellent leadership and tremendous fiscal responsibility, making him the perfect person for this position,” she says. “I am confident that John will continue to steward TPCO in the proper direction as we pursue our aggressive growth goals.”
