Atlanta —  The Rainmaker Group has introduced revenue management software for the student housing market. According to the company, LRO Student enables users to rent by the bed instead of by the unit, expand the number of applicants per apartment as well as the ability to gauge pricing recommendations based on mathematical analysis, historical data and market share, which includes specific move-in periods for each academic year, the number of beds within a given asset, and unique expiration periods, such as graduation. LRO Student is designed to engage property management software data to improve renewal forecasting, according to the company.
