The Scion Group Hires Ann Volz

Chicago — Volz has 22 years executive experience in capital planning, program management and owner’s representation.

Chicago  — The Scion Group has hired Ann Volz as vice president for capital Projects. Volz has approximately 22 years of executive experience specializing in capital planning, program management and owner’s representation services. She  will provide these services for Scion’s advisory clients as well as its own portfolio of student communities.

Volz previously served in leadership positions at a national higher-education program management practice and in the higher-ed studio of an international architecture firm. Her owner’s representation experience includes projects totaling more than $1.3 billion, including Chicago’s Navy Pier, O’Hare Airport Terminal 5 and Pacific Place in Seattle.
