White Plains, N.Y. — The Woodlark Companies has promoted Derrick Milam to COO and Christopher Cocopardo to CFO. Chris Webb has been named director of property management, which is a new division in the company. Under the property management portfolio, Woodlark manages 28 properties and is planning to expand. The company began as an investment firm focused on acquisitions. In addition to the new property management line, Woodlark offers asset management, brokerage and construction services.
