Tiffin, Ohio — Tiffin University has selected architectural firm Siegel to design a new residence hall development on the university’s campus in Ohio. The project will include approximately 450 beds alongside shared amenities including retail space, lounge and study areas, dining options and laundry facilities. Siegel is currently partnering with the university to collect student feedback that will inform the final design of the project, which will be developed in two phases beginning in 2026. The first phase of the development is scheduled for completion in fall 2027 with the second phase slated to open in fall 2028.
