Triad Group Brokers Student Housing Redevelopment Sale in London

The buyer plans to convert a former hospital into a student housing community.

London — Boston-based The Triad Group has brokered the sale of a former hospital in the Waterloo district of London. Triad represented the buyer, TJAC Development, which plans to convert the 57,000-square-foot facility, formerly the Royal Waterloo Hospital for Women & Children, into a student housing facility. The building will undergo an interior renovation and historical preservation of the exterior façade. Upon completion, it will house 300 students. The construction timetable was not released, but renovations have already commenced.
