Chicago — Chicago-based Triad Real Estate Partners has named Michael Ostrander director of student housing at the company’s new office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Prior to joining Triad, Ostrander worked as an independent student housing broker with MAO Realty Advisors LLC. At Triad, he will work with Ryan Tobias, head of Triad’s national student housing group, to grow the company beyond its traditional Midwest footprint to a national presence in the brokerage space.
