Cincinnati — Trinitas has announced plans for a mixed-use development located near the University of Cincinnati’s main campus.

The property was formerly occupied by Deaconess Hospital, and will be developed in phases. Phase I will be developed in partnership with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, and will include a parking garage and a 357-unit student housing community. The community will offer studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity.

Shared amenities will include a 22,000-square-foot clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, group study rooms, a computer lounge, courtyard pool, sun deck, and an outdoor recreational space with fire pits and grilling stations. The initial phase of development is set for delivery in fall 2019. Subsequent phases of development will include retail, restaurants, hospitality and office space.
