Tampa, Fla. — TSB Realty has arranged the sale of Campus Lodge, a 1,067-bed student housing property located near the University of South Florida (USF) campus in Tampa. A joint venture between Coastal Ridge Real Estate and Heitman sold the community to an undisclosed buyer.
The property features 312 units in two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations, which were upgraded with quartz countertops, premium light fixtures, brushed nickel finishes, modern appliances and new furniture packages in 2019. Shared amenities at the community include a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, computer lounge and a basketball court.
“This is an upscale, modern student housing community with proven value-add potential,” says Timothy Bradley, principal with TSB Realty and founder of TSB Capital Advisors. “The new buyer identified an opportunity to continue with renovations and really capitalize on USF’s steadily growing enrollment.”
