TSB Realty Hires Ian Nordfors as Vice President of Investment Sales

Paoli, Pa. — TSB Realty has hired Ian Nordfors as vice president of investment sales. Nordfors will specialize in middle-market student housing transactions, serving existing clients of the Paoli, Pennsylvania-based firm as well as cultivating new relationships and exploring additional growth areas for the TSB brand. Prior to joining the company, Nordfors worked with Marcus & Millichap securing debt, equity and structured financing for various commercial real estate asset classes.
