Raleigh, N.C. — Donna Preiss and Susan Folckemer of The Preiss Compamy have be reappointed to the board of directors for the National Multi Housing Council, the Washington, D.C.-based organization that serves as an advocate for the apartment industry on legislative and regulatory matters. Donna Preiss is the founder and CEO of The Preiss Company. Folckemer is the company’s executive vice president and is in charge of overseeing all of the company’s acquisition, disposition and development operations. The Preiss Company is one of the larest provider’s of off-campus student housing in the Southeast and is active at schools such as North Carolina State University, Clemson University, Auburn University, the University of Alabama, Coastal Carolina University, Winthrop University, the University of Texas and UNC – Charlotte.
