Locally based Samet Corp. will be serving as construction manager, with assistance provided by partners Barton Mallow and SRS Inc. The project architects are Raleigh, N.C.-based Pearce Brinkley Cease & Lee and Maryland-based Ayers/Saint/Gross. The dorm is expected to open in August 2011.
