Up Campus Living to Break Ground on 325-Bed Development Near Ohio State University 

Columbus, Ohio — Up Campus Living is set to break ground on Blume on 16^th, a 325-bed student housing development located near the Ohio State University campus in Columbus. The property will offer fully furnished units alongside shared amenities including private study rooms, a fitness center, yoga studio, spa, outdoor courtyards and package rooms. The project is set for completion in fall 2026 and will be seeking Fitwel Certification. The development team for the project includes MA Design, E.P. Ferris & Associates, The Edge Group, Jezerinac-Geers & Associates and Jordan & Skala Engineers. Financing for the project was provided by Eastborough Partners and CIBC Bank USA.
