Up Campus Student Living to Break Ground on 782-Bed Development Near Florida State University

Tallahassee, Fla. — Up Campus Student Living is set to break ground on Leo Tallahassee, a 782-bed student housing development located near the Florida State University campus in Tallahassee. TSB Capital Advisors secured construction financing for the project through CIBC Bank USA with additional participation from Trustmark and Republic Bank. The community, which is scheduled for completion in fall 2027, will offer 277 fully furnished units. Shared amenities will include a 9,500-square-foot, tenth-floor deck with a pool and hot tub, jumbotron, cabanas and grills; a study lounge with group and individual pods; business center; game day lounge; golf simulator; interior pickleball and basketball courts; a resort-style health and wellness center with cross-training studios, a spa, sauna, cold plunge and tanning; and a grab and go café.
