Vesper Acquires Community Near the University of North Carolina at Greensboro

Greensboro, N.C. — Vesper Holdings has acquired Campus Crossing, a student housing community located near the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

The community consists of five, two- and three-story residential buildings offering two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center with rock wall, spin and yoga studios, a computer lab, game room, movie theater, tanning beds and a volleyball court. The undisclosed seller completed a $1.6 million renovation on the property last year. Vesper intends to invest an additional $500,000 in capital expenditures toward enhancements to the property’s exteriors and technology upgrades throughout the community.
