Vesper Holdings Acquires 560-Bed Community Near the University of South Florida for $26 Million

Tampa, Fla. — Vesper Holdings has acquired The Social at South Florida, a 560-bed community located near the University of South Florida in Tampa.

The property is located less than one mile from campus, and offers two- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, tanning beds, a basketball court, study room and a business center.

Vesper purchased the property for $26 million in an off-market transaction. The seller was undisclosed. The company plans to invest over $1 million on property improvements including a renovation of the units and amenities, as well as extensive enhancements to the property’s exteriors and substantial technology upgrades throughout the complex.
