Kennesaw, Ga. — Vesper Holdings has purchased The Indy, a 543-bed student housing community located near Kennesaw State University (KSU) in Georgia.

Delivered earlier this year, the property offers one- to five-bedroom floor plans with bed-to-bath parity. Unit interiors feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers and 55-inch smart televisions.

Communal amenities include a fitness center with a cardio room, rooftop indoor and outdoor lounges, a clubhouse, game room, cyber cafe, study lounge, resort-style swimming pool with private cabanas and access to the university’s shuttle system. The community is situated on 4.2 acres at 3011 Hidden Forest Court in Kennesaw, two miles from KSU’s campus. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.

“Our acquisition of The Indy is part of a strategy to purchase best-in-market student housing properties that offer our investors superior risk-adjusted returns,” says Isaac Sitt, co-founder and co-CEO of Vesper Holdings. “We are pleased to expand our footprint in Georgia and incorporate this property into our rapidly growing student housing portfolio.”
